When Patty began Journey back in 2018, she built on one idea: the right relationships, at the right moment, change everything. Now, years later that statement has never been more true. Patty leverages her years of experience, relationship building and networking to help her clients grow and thrive, no matter where they are in their journey.
Patty's Story
Two decades of education.
A career's worth of connections.
Patty didn't set out to build a consulting practice. She set out to help people — the way she'd always helped people. After more than twenty years in education, she kept noticing the same gap: students and young professionals with real potential who lacked the direction, the strategy, and most importantly the relationships to translate that potential into a trajectory.
So she built something for them. Journey Consulting is the product of those two decades — the assessment tools that reveal strengths beyond the transcript, the planning frameworks built for real lives not ideal scenarios, and the professional network accumulated through board service, industry partnerships, and genuine community investment.
What makes Patty different isn't a methodology. It's a combination that's genuinely hard to replicate: an educator's understanding of how people grow, a strategist's ability to build a plan, and an unusually deep network of professional relationships she puts to work on her clients' behalf.
Journey is a boutique practice by design. Patty works with a small number of clients at a time so that every engagement gets what it deserves — real attention, honest guidance, and the kind of personal investment that makes the relationship worth having.
